Inside Bars as Rest, Not Prophecy

Language matters. Calling every inside bar a “coiled breakout” trains you to invent energy that is not yet visible. We treat inside bars as compression relative to the mother candle—useful for risk framing, not for predicting which side wins.

Acceptance after the nest can be measured simply: a close beyond the mother high or low with follow-through, or a failed probe that returns inside. Either definition is fine—what matters is choosing one and applying it consistently.

In Continuation Pattern Workshop, participants annotate the same twenty examples using a shared vocabulary. Disagreement drops once everyone stops treating the nest as a prophecy.
